About Allrounder
Family-owned design and build, rooted in Inver Grove Heights since 2007.

A local, family-owned company
We’re Ruth and Eric. We started Allrounder in Inver Grove Heights in 2007, and we’re personally involved from the first conversation through the final details.
We listen to what matters to you, guide you through the choices, and care for your home while we work. You’ll know who to call—and what happens next.
“Our projects are successful because of the time and effort that is spent planning them, long before the tools leave the truck.”

Part of this community
Eric has worked in the trades since 1993. Together, we’ve built Allrounder around personal service and long-term relationships with homeowners, craftspeople, and suppliers.
Our business supports local nonprofits, schools, sports teams, and scholarships for local high school graduates. These are our neighborhoods, too.
Allrounder was named the River Heights Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Small Business of the Year.

Our trusted partners
A well-coordinated remodel starts with people who know how to work together.
Allrounder works with an established network of independent designers, specialist suppliers, and skilled trade partners. We collaborate with these partners regularly, building relationships that carry from one project to the next.
That continuity matters. Our partners know our planning process, our expectations for craftsmanship, and the care we bring to an occupied home. Familiar ways of working help the details come together, from design and material selections through construction and finishing touches.
Eric and Ruth bring the right partners together for your home and coordinate the work throughout your remodel. You have the experience of a trusted partner team, with Allrounder as your point of contact from the first conversation to the final details.

Here for the long term

We live and work in the same communities as our clients. Our business supports local nonprofits, schools, sports teams, and scholarships for local high school graduates. That connection makes the relationship personal long after a project ends.
Our work is tailored to your home and priorities. There is no fixed design agenda and no pressure to make every choice at the first meeting. We guide you through materials and details, and remain a point of contact after completion.
