A good fit for A roughly 40–45 sq. ft. bathroom with a good layout, an existing exhaust fan, and systems that do not need updating.

  • Keep the existing layout and plumbing and electrical locations.
  • Six cabinet options, seven quartz tops, and six LVT floors.
  • A basic bathtub or white Corian shower base.
  • Glacier White Corian shower walls; stock door or curtain rod.
  • Replace existing lights and the existing fan motor and grille.

Six cabinet styles or colors and seven quartz countertop options; no cabinet customization.

Tub or shower
A basic bathtub or white Corian shower base, Glacier White Corian walls, and a curtain rod or stock shower door.
Faucets & ventilation
A curated Delta selection; the motor and grille are replaced in the existing exhaust-fan housing.
Paint & lighting
Walls only, with fixtures replaced in their existing locations. No additional lighting.
Demolition
Existing finishes removed and disposed of; drywall and subfloor remain.

The Value approach is best suited to homes built after 1990 with sound existing systems. Additional services and upgrades may extend the start and completion dates. If you want more design collaboration or a wider range of choices, explore Custom.
