Our process

Plan with confidence.
Build with care.

Our No-Surprises Plan puts the decisions in the right order.

A considered path to your new space.

  1. 1

    Discovery

    We listen first.

We talk about your home, priorities, and investment range to see whether we are a good fit.

  2. 2

    Development plan

    A clear way forward.

We outline the design work, investigation, and planning your particular project needs.

  3. 3

    Design & selections

    Make it yours.

Together we refine the layout, choose materials, and coordinate the technical details with our trade partners.

  4. 4

    No-Surprises Plan

    Know before we build.

Your design, detailed scope, fixed-cost proposal, and construction schedule are agreed before work begins.

  5. 5

    Construction

    Care in every detail.

Eric manages trades, deliveries, quality, and daily updates through inspections and professional cleanup.

What goes into your plan?

  • Plans and drawings, reviewed and refined together
  • Selections for fixtures and finish materials
  • Technical walkthrough with our trade partners
  • Structural analysis and investigation where needed
  • Detailed specifications and an itemized scope
  • Fixed-cost proposal, contracts, and construction calendar

Design and development is a separate paid phase. You can review the completed construction proposal before deciding to move forward.

Good work takes a plan.

Design and planning, ordering and permitting, and construction are separate phases. Your choices and your home determine the time each needs.

01

Design & planning

For many kitchen projects, allow 1–3 months to refine drawings, choose materials, and develop the proposal.

02

Ordering & scheduling

Kitchen projects often need 1–2 months for ordering and staging. Permit reviews and material availability can change this window.

03

Construction

You receive a calendar before the work starts. The scope and sequence of custom installations determine its length.

Bathrooms
3–12 weeks
Kitchens
4–16+ weeks
Basements
4–12+ weeks
Main levels / multiple rooms
8–24+ weeks

General construction ranges. A custom shower and glass enclosure, for example, may need sequential measuring, fabrication, and installation. Tell us early if a deadline matters.

Fewer surprises.
Not impossible promises.

We plan carefully to reduce changes once work starts. A change you request or an issue hidden inside a wall or under a floor can still affect cost or schedule.

During construction, Eric keeps you informed about progress and what comes next. You have a direct point of contact for questions throughout the project.

The plan has a person behind it.

Eric coordinates the trades, materials, permits, inspections, and day-to-day questions that keep the project moving.

You receive a construction calendar before work begins, followed by direct updates on progress and what to expect next. Quality checks and problem-solving happen throughout construction, not just at the final walkthrough.
