Homeowner’s guide

Who keeps your remodel moving?

Eric manages your project, with one point of contact from the first plan through the final details.

The work behind the finished room

A remodel brings together designers, suppliers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other specialists. Their work needs to happen in the right order, with the right materials on site and the previous stage ready for the next trade.

Project management is how those moving parts become one coordinated project. Eric works with the design team before construction and remains your direct contact while the work is underway.

Before construction starts

The project manager helps connect the design to the practical work, coordinates technical input, and plans ordering and staging. Permits, inspections, the construction sequence, and material quantities are part of that preparation.

You receive a construction calendar before work begins so you can understand the milestones and plan around the work.

During construction

Eric coordinates trades and deliveries, checks progress, reviews workmanship at each stage, and works through problems as they arise. Protecting the scope and budget also means noticing when a proposed change needs a conversation.

As a general guide, a project manager can spend 10–20 hours of management a week for a smaller kitchen or bathroom project. A large renovation can occupy a project manager’s entire workweek. The exact time depends on the work; it illustrates how much coordination happens beyond the visible installation.

Direct updates, every day
