Eagan, MN · Pull and replace with mid-range finishes
Our clients wanted to bring an outdated bathroom up to date without the cost of a full gut remodel. Keeping the existing layout avoided pricey plumbing relocations, and a granite remnant delivered a high-end look for less than new quartz. A simple tub with a porcelain tile surround, custom cabinets sized for the space, and easy-care luxury vinyl sheet flooring complete the refresh.
