West St. Paul MN · Pull and Replace – Economy Finishes
Replace fixtures in existing locations. LVT flooring installed on top of the existing tile. Basic acrylic tub/shower. All finish materials are from a limited option of selections. Existing vanity cabinet was painted. New laminate countertop with drop-in sink. No changes to the underlying plumbing, electrical, or fan.
