Planning ranges, not quotes. Your written proposal confirms the exact scope, selections, price, and schedule.
Your existing layout, a curated finish palette, and the same experienced trade partners.
Collaborative design, more choices, and thoughtful changes within the existing space.
A fully reimagined layout, custom details, and room to extend into adjoining spaces.
Beyond kitchens and baths
Structural changes, the rooms involved, and your home’s systems determine the investment. We develop a scope and budget around your home.
One example: our nature-inspired main level was $200,000 including appliances, with a kitchen, great room, bedroom updates, and a 22-foot wall removal.

Drawings, finish selections, technical investigation, and a trade-partner walkthrough help us turn ideas into a detailed proposal.
Materials, scheduling, permits, inspections, and quality control are coordinated by your project manager, with direct updates for you.
Protection of work areas and pathways, dust control, daily tidying, and professional cleanup are part of the experience.
Clear milestones
The design and planning retainer begins the development phase. The construction proposal sets out the remaining payment milestones and amounts for your project.
Depending on the scope, those milestones may include proposal acceptance, the start of construction, drywall, cabinet installation, countertop installation, and substantial completion. Your written agreement confirms the exact schedule so you know what each payment relates to.
We develop the scope and selections before the construction commitment. Learn what the design phase includes, or read about changes and hidden conditions.
